"But - I don't need another time consuming audit!"
The Finalysis approach does not risk wasting the clients' time.
The initial one-hour meeting immediately establishes the availability - or non-availability - of substantial benefits. Unless very worthwhile benefits are seen to be available, Finalysis does not propose a review. Where it does propose a review, the report and recommendations are prepared off-site and are readily implementable by the client.
"But - I'm not comfortable about Finalysis accessing my finances and banking!"
The Finalysis service is, (as it has to be), fully confidential. Importantly, Finalysis has no contact outside of the client - either with the client's bank or auditors and all review documentation is returned at the end of the study. Further, where aspects, or areas of activity, are considered competitively sensitive, these can be excluded from the scope of the study.
"But - I don't want to risk upsetting my Bank!"
The Finalysis recommendations do not risk upsetting the bank. All recommendations offered by Finalysis may be accepted or rejected. Those that are accepted are managed directly by the client, in the client's own style. The Finalysis service is not aggressive and recognizes the value of a sound banking relationship.
"But - I don't have any borrowings, therefore Finalysis has nothing to offer me!"
Bank profitability systems are designed to secure margins from all clients, regardless whether borrowed or cash positive. The Finalysis service identifies the source of the bank's profitability and shows the client how to retrieve a significant portion of that margin, without stressing the banking relationship.
"But - I only have one or two bank accounts and little currency!"
However straightforward the client's banking, the bank profitability system is designed to secure a margin from the client. The Finalysis service provides transparency and benchmarks to retrieve, or reduce, that margin.
